Spring Coaches' Meeting:  April 8, 2010
Congress Bills Deadline:  March 22, 2010 (Must be in Kathy's hands!)
Entry Deadline:  March 25, 2010 (Must be in Kathy's hands!)
Drop Deadline:   3:00 PM, April 2, 2010   (MUST be called in to Melba 318 448-4254 or e-mailed mlacaze@suddenlink.net)

Important Reminders: 
     *Important: As per the rule of the majority attending the Fall meeting, 2009, a  
       new rule will be in effect for ToC, 2010.  No student may use the same    
       selection in any two interpretive events.  ie.  A student may not use the same
       selection in Duo and HI.
     *Entry information will be mailed on Monday, March 8th.  If you do not have your 
       entry information by Monday, March 15th, call Melba ASAP (318) 448-4254.
     *All schools are entitled to enter TWO Public Forum TEAMS this year in addition to
       the usual two free entries and two congress entries. .  Info about PF debate is
       available on the NFL website.
     *When completing entry forms, please include a division for debate (Novice,
       Intermediate, Advanced).  There are no Jr/Sr divisions for individual events, duo, or
      duet.
     *According the LHSSL rules, entries for TOC MUST BE MAILED.  We cannot
       accept FAXed entries.  All CHANGES must either be called in to MELBA
       (318)448-4254, or e-mailed (mlacaze@suddenlink.net).  Schools are responsible for
       the FULL cost of the original entry.  Drop deadline is April 2nd, 3:00PM!!
     *All schools are charged a $15.00 fee in addition to entry fees.  Please note and
       draft checks accordingly. 

The host hotel is the  Baymont Inn and Suites

  The rooms are booked under the LHSSL name, and the block will be held until Wednesay, March 17.
